- My husband Phil and I started Talbot Properties so we could provide unique memorable vacations for family reunions or relaxing Get-A-Ways in Maine, Daytona Beach or Los Angeles. We have welcomed couples and families to select from a group of water accessible cozy beach cottages ranging in size from two to four bedrooms. ....ALL rentals include access to Beach, Lake and Nature Walk on 10 acre of wooded area.
